Job summary

Galileo Health is seeking culturally sensitive clinicians to join our digital-first, primary care medical group. You will provide high-quality primary care through asynchronous chat and synchronous video, leveraging data and technology to deliver personalized care.

We value teamwork, excellence, and evidence-based practice. You will work within 4-hour shifts, with a minimum 14 hours per week, and eligible benefits after meeting full-time criteria.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical experience post residency in complex or primary care.
• Experience with digital-first healthcare or virtual medicine is a plus.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active state medical licensure in HI, CA, WA or ability to obtain additional licenses.
• English fluency (Spanish bonus) and cultural sensitivity in medical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients with complex and chronic conditions via proprietary clinician-patient app and telehealth tools.
• Deliver compassionate care to patients across all ages (0–100) for chronic conditions and preventive care.
• Collaborate with a diverse care team, leveraging technology and data to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize asynchronous chat and synchronous video to deliver evidence-based primary care with shared decision making.
