Galileo Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for remote primary care, delivering care via asynchronous chat and synchronous video to diverse patients across the United States. You will practice with a NY NP license, board certification, and strong clinical judgment, serving ages 0-100 with complex chronic conditions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advanced clinical experience in complex care or primary care.
• Active NY NP license and board certification as NP.
• Willingness to learn digital-first healthcare tools; Spanish skills a plus.

• Care for patients aged 0–100, including chronic conditions, using Galileo tools.
• Work within a 24/7 remote model with 4-hour shifts and weekend coverage.
