Galileo Health is a digital-first primary care group seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our remote clinical team. You will deliver high-quality care via asynchronous chat and synchronous video, focusing on complex and chronic conditions with evidence-based approaches.

You’ll work within a collaborative, inclusive culture that values patient-centered decision making, data-driven care, and flexible scheduling to fit your life while serving patients across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advanced clinical experience in complex or chronic care, or primary care.
• Experience in digital-first/telehealth care is preferred.
• Board-certified NP with NY license and active credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients with complex and chronic illnesses via the app and video.
• Deliver care to patients from age 0 to 100 across all needs.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive patient population.
• Collaborate with teammates to leverage expertise and maintain a can-do approach.
