Spieldenner Financial Group is part of one of the fastest-growing insurance organizations in the country. Our main focus areas include getting agents paid quickly, minimizing costs, and providing agents with the training and support needed to succeed.

Job Duties
  1. Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week: reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage with our company and scheduling meetings to discuss their mortgage protection coverage.
  2. Research: 4-5 hours per week: analyzing client information to customize options that meet their financial needs in case of death or disability.
  3. Meeting with Families: 2 days per week: meeting with clients virtually or in-person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply.
  4. Administrative Tasks: 2 hours per week: following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position, with an average commission of approximately $600 per mortgage protection plan. Full-time agents typically sell 5-10 plans weekly. We also offer additional financial products, extensive training, a competitive bonus structure, and incentive trips based on performance.
