Spieldenner Financial Group is part of one of the fastest-growing insurance organizations in the country. Our focus areas include getting agents paid quickly, minimizing costs, and providing training and support for success.

Job Duties
  1. Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week: reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and scheduling meetings to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
  2. Research: 4-5 hours per week: analyzing client information to customize financial solutions for their needs related to death or disability.
  3. Meeting with Families: 2 days per week: meeting virtually or in-person to present options, discuss coverage details, and assist with applications.
  4. Administrative: 2 hours per week: following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

Compensation

This is a commission-only sales position. The average commission per mortgage protection plan is approximately $600. Full-time agents typically sell 5-10 plans weekly. We also offer additional financial products, extensive training, and a competitive bonus and incentive trip program.
