Job Description

You're a proactive problem-solver and have the ability to make customers feel like your friend.

In this role, you will be responsible for outbound lead generation, disease state education, and patient identification engagements in a virtual pharmaceutical environment.

Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective presentations.
  2. Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets.
  3. Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
  4. Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
  5. Identify and monitor local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships, generate leads, and collaborate with field counterparts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree minimum
  • 3+ years' pharmaceutical sales/lead generation experience
  • Specialty sales experience
  • 1+ years' virtual/inside sales/lead generation experience strongly preferred

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Oncology sales/lead generation experience
  • Self-motivation with strong performance orientation; expertise in virtual selling and lead generation, including customer engagement and relationship-building via e-promotion
  • Effective prioritization and planning skills while adhering to compliance guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks across various systems
