Virtual Pharmaceutical Lead Generation Specialist

You’re a proactive problem-solver and have the ability to make customers feel like your friend.

In this role, you will be responsible for outbound lead generation, disease state education and patient identification engagements in a virtual pharmaceutical environment.

Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.

In this exciting opportunity, you are a great fit if you can…

  • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective presentations.
  • Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets.
  • Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
  • Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
  • Effectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while generating leads and collaborating with field counterpart.

You are a great fit if you have…

  • 3+ years’ pharmaceutical sales/lead generation experience.
  • Specialty sales experience.
  • 1+ years’ virtual/inside sales/lead generation experience strongly preferred.

We would love for you to have…

  • Oncology sales/lead generation experience.
  • Self-motivation with strong performance orientation; expert virtual selling/lead generation experience including customer engagement and relationship-building success via e-promotion.
  • Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member while managing multiple tasks across multiple systems.
