Job summary

RightSite Health is hiring a Navigator to work with ER doctors and navigators, supporting non-emergent patients who called 911. You will assess patients with the ER doctor, arrange in-network transportation, and connect them to community resources. The role emphasizes empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication.

Shifts run 6:00 am–10:00 pm CST Mon–Fri with weekend availability starting July 1st. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in high-touch patient support, case navigation, or social services/medical field (4+ years).
• Ability to learn new computer systems and navigate multiple applications.
• Strong communication skills with empathy for patients and families.
• Competence with browser-based tools and standard office suites.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced service center with moderate noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming patient episodes for non-emergency assessment with ER doctor oversight.
• Arrange in-network, non-emergency transportation and coordinate round-trip logistics.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure treatment adherence and connect patients to community resources.
• Document patient activity accurately in the EMR system.
• Participate in ongoing training and adapt interactions based on QA feedback.
