Job summary

Empower in Boise, ID is seeking a client education specialist to deliver on-site and virtual enrollment presentations for 401(k), 403(b) and government plans. You will leverage Empower’s tools to drive participant actions and support relationship management across the territory.

Responsibilities include conducting meetings, logging outcomes, and traveling as needed. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2–4 years in financial services, and strong presentation skills are preferred; FINRA 6/63 may be

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years relevant financial services experience.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations within corporate timelines required; current Series 6 and 63 preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate communication and education strategies via on-site and virtual meetings.
• Drive participants to enroll, defer, and rollover to improve retirement outcomes.
• Manage meeting schedules and travel arrangements.
• Log meetings, attendees, and outcomes in appropriate systems.
• Build relationships with plan sponsors and stakeholders to maximize outcomes.
