Job summary

One Medical is seeking a licensed Advanced Practitioner for our fully remote Virtual Medical Team. You will deliver evidence-based primary care through telehealth visits, phone triage, and email follow-ups, supporting patients 24/7 with a team-based approach.

This full-time virtual role requires weekday/weekend shifts and cross-state licensure. You will participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates, and apply your clinical training to provide

Qualifications

• FNP program completed with national certification.
• Experience delivering primary care via telehealth or virtual platforms.
• Strong clinical and communication abilities for remote care.

Responsibilities
