Job summary

One Medical is seeking a seasoned Advanced Practitioner for its Virtual Medical Team. The role centers on treating patients through telehealth visits, triage calls, and video appointments, with care available 24/7 in a fully remote setting.

Employment is full-time, with shifts including evenings and weekends. The clinician will participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates, and use specialized clinical training to deliver high-quality care remotely.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care (0+ patients) OR 2 years in urgent care/emergency medicine (0+).
• Currently licensed in IL, NY, NJ, or MA with ability to obtain additional licenses.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video and phone visits and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Apply clinical training to deliver exceptional care to patients virtually.
