Job summary

Health & Wellness Partners, LLC (HWP) is seeking a skilled Virtual Meeting Moderator (VMM) to coordinate coverage, support meetings, and ensure accurate information for each session. The role involves hands-on participation, troubleshooting, and guiding a team of VMMs across multiple clients and programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, excellent communication skills, and experience with Zoom and MS Teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinar.
• Comfort speaking to groups and addressing questions.
• Superior customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual meeting coverage to align with program needs.
• Ensure moderators have accurate information for meetings.
• Provide hands-on support and step in as needed as a VMM.
• Guide VMMs and Virtual Programs; troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee VMM team daily, address questions, manage escalations.
• Coordinate weekly reporting across clients and meetings.
• Review and approve timesheets for accuracy.
• Lead onboarding and training for new VMMs.
