Job summary

Health & Wellness Partners, LLC is seeking a Part-time Group Supervisor, Virtual Meeting Moderator (VMM) to support the Meeting Planning Team and ensure successful execution of virtual meetings.

The role provides oversight, onboarding, training, scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day support for the VMM team, up to 29 hours weekly, with remote or hybrid work options and HQ in Upper Saddle River, NJ. Compensation is $30/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating virtual meetings and supporting moderators.
• Strong customer service and real-time issue resolution skills.
• Able to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual meeting coverage and assignments for VMMs.
• Provide information needed by VMMs to execute meetings accurately.
• Support, troubleshoot, and guide VMMs and programs as needed.
• Oversee VMM team day-to-day, address questions and escalations.
• Review timesheets for accuracy before submission.
• Lead onboarding and training for new VMMs.
