Job summary

Ucardia, Inc. is hiring a remote health coach to deliver live one-on-one video coaching and proactive asynchronous messaging for cardiovascular and metabolic health programs. You will interpret wearable data, co-create SMART lifestyle plans, and maintain high engagement across a scalable member base.

The role emphasizes empathy, accountability, and adapting coaching to real-life data and member feedback. This is a 1099 contractor position with hourly compensation and self-managed scheduling.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC credential (or exam-enrolled)
• CPT certification (ACE/NASM/ACSM) or equivalent
• At least 1 year of virtual coaching with live video + async messaging
• Caseload management with proactive engagement
• Comfort interpreting HR, HRV, steps, sleep, and device data
• Evening and weekend availability, plus select daytime blocks

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one live video coaching sessions blending behavior change with movement, sleep, nutrition support.
• Maintain structured, proactive in-app messaging with timely nudges and clear action steps.
• Build relationships at scale using video, text, and voice notes to maintain engagement.
• Interpret wearable/biometric signals and translate into personalized coaching insights.
• Co-create SMART plans; update plans based on real-time data and feedback.
• Demonstrate movements live and correct form; provide modifications as needed.
• Identify red flags and route to clinicians or exercise physiologists.
• Share patterns with product/ops teams to refine flows and nudges.
• Keep concise notes and track key outcomes for dashboards.
