You will conduct live video sessions, provide asynchronous support, and translate wearable data into actionable plans. The role emphasizes adaptive coaching, SMART goals, and compassionate accountability.

You'll collaborate with product and content teams and use integrations like Apple Health and Fitbit to inform guidance. Evening/weekend availability and startup agility are valued assets.

Formación

• Professional coaching credential NBC-HWC (or exam-enrolled).
• Fitness or nutrition certification CPT (ACE, NASM, ACSM) or equivalent.
• At least one year of virtual coaching experience with live video + async messaging.
• Ability to manage a caseload and maintain proactive engagement.
• Comfort interpreting HR, HRV, steps, sleep, and other device data.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one-on-one live video coaching sessions blending behavior change with movement, sleep, and nutrition guidance.
• Maintain structured, proactive communication via in-app messaging with timely nudges.
