You will lead high-energy online sessions, mentor students aged 8-14, and help build independence and executive function through project-based experiences.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. teaching certificate from any state, transferable to Arizona.
• Clear, engaging, age-appropriate communication for students ages 8-14, with an energetic virtual presence.
• Comfort leading students live via video, with organized transitions and strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in a hybrid role in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Running interactive virtual workshops focused on life skills such as communication, creativity, problem-solving, and self-direction.
• Mentoring students one-on-one and in small groups to build confidence, ownership, and executive functioning.
• Using platform data and student signals to personalize support and track progress over time.
• Collaborating with fellow educators to design and continuously improve project-based learning experiences.
• Creating a safe, high-energy environment where students feel seen, challenged, and motivated to grow.
