Job summary

Unbound Academy is a fully virtual, tuition-free Arizona charter school that operates with a hybrid model and AI-powered tools. This role focuses on mentoring students 8–14, building life skills, and guiding them through real-world learning experiences rather than traditional lectures.

You will lead energetic online sessions, personalize support, and collaborate with other educators to continuously improve project-based learning, while maintaining a high-energy, engaging online presence.

Qualifications

Valid U.S. teaching certificate from any state (or expired, eligible for reinstatement) transferable to Arizona.
Strong verbal and written communication with students aged 8–14 in a live virtual setting.
Ability to lead engaging, energetic sessions and manage transitions in a hybrid/virtual model.

Responsibilities

Lead interactive virtual workshops focused on life skills and self-direction.
Mentor students one-on-one and in groups to build confidence and executive function.
Use platform data to personalize support and track progress over time.
