Qualifications

• Valid U.S. teaching certificate or expired certificate eligible for reinstatement.
• Clear, engaging communication for 8–14 year olds with energetic virtual presence.
• Comfort leading students live via video with organized transitions.
• Able to work in a hybrid role in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive virtual workshops focused on life skills such as communication, creativity, problem-solving, and self-direction.
• Mentor students one-on-one and in small groups to build confidence, ownership, and executive functioning.
• Use platform data and student signals to personalize support and track progress over time.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to design and improve project-based learning experiences.
• Create a safe, high-energy environment where students feel seen, challenged, and motivated to grow.
