It is a full-time contractor position with Crossover at $30/hour (~$60k/year), paid weekly, requiring relocation to Arizona and a valid U.S. teaching certificate.

Qualifications

• Clear, engaging, age-appropriate communication for students ages 8–14.
• Comfort leading students live via video with organized transitions and strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in a hybrid role in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Run interactive virtual workshops focused on life skills such as communication, creativity, problem-solving, and self-direction.
• Mentor students one-on-one and in small groups to build confidence, ownership, and executive functioning.
• Use platform data and student signals to personalize support and track progress over time.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to design and continuously improve project-based learning experiences.
• Create a safe, high-energy environment where students feel seen, challenged, and motivated to grow.
