Qualifications

• Must hold a valid U.S. teaching certificate (any state) or expired certificate eligible for reinstatement.
• Clear, engaging, age-appropriate communication for learners age 8–14.
• Comfort leading students live via video with organized transitions.

Responsibilities

• Leading interactive virtual workshops focused on life skills such as communication, creativity, problem-solving, and self-direction
• Mentoring students one-on-one and in small groups to build confidence, ownership, and executive functioning
• Using platform data and student signals to personalize support and track progress over time
• Collaborating with fellow educators to design and continuously improve project-based learning experiences
• Creating a safe, high-energy environment where students feel seen, challenged, and motivated to grow
