Qualifications

• 4+ years in payroll tax or tax operations with experience resolving complex tax issues.
• Leadership experience as a lead, senior specialist, or SME with coaching duties.
• Advanced writing skills for SOPs and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, technical expert for TP1, TP2, and TP3 staff.
• Author, review, and approve SOPs and KB articles across core operations.
• Conduct quarterly coaching sessions to close skill gaps.
