Qualifications

• Registered Therapist status (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 1 year’s clinical experience focusing on adult mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual psychotherapy to clients.
• Lead group psychotherapy sessions with evidence-based topics.
• Manage up to 25 client-facing hours per week; up to 15 hours admin/non-billable.
• Responsible for care from admission through discharge.
• Complete suicide risk assessments and Crisis Safety Plans for at-risk clients.
• May support additional programs remotely or nearby.
