Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient is seeking a fully remote IOP Therapist with California licensure to provide individual, group, and family therapy in a virtual setting. The role requires a master’s degree in a behavioral health field and current CA licensure, with readiness to obtain Colorado licensure if needed.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours, joining a nationwide network that supports ongoing education, client-centered care, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology.
• Must hold an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT and/or PhD, PsyD, in good standing in California.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with mental health clients.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, group and family therapy sessions in a virtual IOP.
• Develops treatment plans and maintains documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinates care with clinicians, families and referral partners.
• Performs crisis intervention and ensures client safety in a virtual setting.
