Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient is seeking a Therapist I to deliver individual, group and family therapy in a fully remote Intensive Outpatient program across the United States. The role requires a master’s degree and Tennessee licensure, with willingness to obtain licensure in Iowa as needed.

The therapist collaborates with clinicians and families, develops treatment plans, and coordinates care from admission through discharge in a client-centered, evidence-based framework.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field is required.
• Licensed or eligible for Tennessee licensure; willingness to obtain licensure in additional states.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, group, and family therapy sessions in a virtual Intensive Outpatient program.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team through admission to discharge.
