The Home Depot is seeking a Functional Training Manager to lead training initiatives for both virtual and in-person audiences. You will work with cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert for content development, and you must be comfortable presenting to large groups both in-person and online.

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Experience facilitating training both in-person and remotely, with strong communication skills.

• Collaborate with Learning Design & Development, Learning Strategy, Manager, and subject matter experts to develop, maintain, and update courses.
• Lead facilitation of training sessions for large groups, in-person and online.
• Handle administrative tasks such as calendar planning, attendance/roster management, communication with customers, and event management.
