Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Functional Training Manager HDU - Supply Chain for the Trenton, NJ area. The role focuses on developing and delivering content for complex operations, working with cross-functional teams, and presenting to large groups both in person and online.

You will be responsible for collaborating with SMEs to develop courses, facilitating multi-day learning events, and handling calendar and event logistics. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience facilitating training both in-person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• 20% Collaboration & Partnership - Partner with the Learning Design & Development team and SMEs on course development and updates.
• 60% Facilitation - Lead development, maintenance, and delivery of courses for virtual and in-person audiences.
• 20% Support - Administrative tasks such as calendar planning, attendance management, and event coordination.
