Qualifikationen

• Education and Experience: 2 years of trade school with 2 years of experience OR High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and produce high-quality virtual and hybrid events across campuses.
• Manage multiple concurrent events with strong prioritization and customer service.
• Configure and troubleshoot AV and videoconferencing equipment.
• Provide real-time support during live events for presenters and staff.
• Collaborate with campus partners to enhance virtual communication experiences.
• Maintain and organize AV equipment and workstations.
• Monitor performance and identify issues to minimize disruptions.
• Stay current with emerging AV technologies to improve service.
