Job summary

Stellar Virtual is seeking a Secondary History Teacher (6-12) to deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction via our virtual platform. You will partner with families and instructional leaders to support student achievement with high-quality online learning experiences.

Applicants should have a history teaching background across World History, U.S. History, Civics, and Geography, plus proficiency with Google Workspace and digital collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Two years of successful teaching experience in a secondary setting.
• Experience teaching World History, U.S. History, Civics or Geography.
• Proficient with virtual learning platforms and technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live virtual history lessons aligned with state standards for grades 6-12.
• Develop asynchronous activities including projects and discussions.
• Provide timely feedback and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with counselors and staff to support student needs.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and progress records.
