Stellar Virtual Academy seeks a Secondary History Teacher (6-12) to deliver engaging, standards-aligned history instruction through a robust virtual platform. You will collaborate with families, students, and instructional leaders to foster historical thinking and academic achievement in a fully remote setting.

The role includes developing live and asynchronous lessons, data-driven instruction, and coordination with counselors and specialists to meet student needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years teaching experience in a secondary setting.
• Experience teaching World History, U.S. History, Civics and Geography.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live virtual history lessons aligned with state standards for grades 6-12.
• Utilize diverse online teaching methods and educational technology.
• Develop asynchronous activities: research projects, discussions, writing tasks.
