Job summary

Stellar Virtual seeks a Secondary History teacher (grades 6-8) to deliver engaging live virtual lessons and asynchronous activities using Stellar Virtual curriculum. You will assess student progress, provide individualized support, and maintain records in a remote setting.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in History or related field, Tennessee licensure or equivalent, and proficiency with Google Workspace and online teaching tools.

Qualifications

• Two years of successful secondary teaching experience.
• Experience with online learning platforms and ed-tech tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live virtual lessons aligned with state standards for grades 6-8.
• Develop asynchronous learning activities and assessments.
• Provide timely feedback and track student progress.
• Collaborate with curriculum specialists and other teachers.
