Job summary

Georgia Connections Academy seeks certified teachers to deliver high‑quality virtual instruction for K–12 students across Georgia. You will provide synchronous and asynchronous lessons, engage families, and use data to drive student growth through MTSS/RTI interventions.

The role requires collaboration with Advisors, Counselors, and Special Education staff, and travel within Georgia for events and testing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality synchronous instruction and create asynchronous resources aligned to curriculum and standards.
• Provide differentiated Tier 1 instruction and Tier 2/3 interventions within MTSS/RTI.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement accommodations with fidelity.
• Use assessment data to diagnose needs, plan instruction, monitor progress, and adjust strategies.
