Job summary

Stellar Virtual, part of Lone Star Virtual Academy (TX), seeks a Grade 10 Level Supervisor to ensure high school student success and program effectiveness. This role oversees instructional staff supporting course completion, engagement, content proficiency, legal compliance, and state accountability.

The Supervisor also coordinates projects, communication, and support for grade 10, fostering teacher collaboration, managing high school data, and facilitating relevant professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years virtual teaching experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership in academics; experience supporting teachers.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication project management and develop standardized templates.
• Direct delegation and monitoring of project tasks in project tools.
• Collaborate with teachers to align grade-level projects and curricula.
• Identify and integrate existing initiatives for a unified grade-level approach.
• Provide support for at-risk projects with resources and interventions.
• Oversee attendance and engagement in designated spaces and data collection.
• Manage student withdrawal processes with meticulous records and policy adherence.
• Coordinate M CLASS testing and ensure timely assessments.
• Analyze M CLASS data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Recommend relevant summer professional development for teachers.
• Evaluate and recommend educational programs and resources for alignment with curriculum goals.
