Job summary

Stellar Virtual in the Lone Star Virtual Academy (TX) seeks a Grade 10 Level Supervisor to ensure high school student success and program effectiveness. You will oversee instructional staff supporting course completion, engagement, content proficiency, legal compliance, and state accountability.

The role includes managing escalations, coordinating projects, and supporting teacher collaboration, data-driven improvements, and relevant professional development for grade 10.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years virtual teaching experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership in academics, supporting teachers.
• Deep understanding of K-5 curriculum in virtual settings.
• Must manage a digital task list and remote work setup.
• Experience with Google Workspace in professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication project management, including the development and implementation of communication plans and templates.
• Direct delegation and monitoring of project tasks in project management tools to ensure timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with teachers to align grade-level projects and curricular coherence.
• Partner with teachers to integrate existing initiatives into a unified grade-level approach.
• Provide proactive support for at-risk projects with resource allocation and interventions.
• Oversee attendance and engagement within the SAS space, ensuring data quality and participation.
• Manage student withdrawal processes with meticulous records and policy adherence.
• Direct outreach and administration of M CLASS testing for accurate assessments.
• Analyze M CLASS data to identify trends and drive data-informed improvements.
• Coordinate summer professional development aligned with grade-level needs.
• Evaluate and recommend acquisition of educational programs and resources.
• Pivot to support emerging business needs and strategic priorities as directed.
