Job summary

Advocate Health, based in Charlotte, NC, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider for Virtual Care. The role is full-time (36 hrs/week) with weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 11:00 AM–11:00 PM) and a pay range of $51.05–$76.60 per hour.

You will assess and manage patients via virtual health modalities and coordinate with the care team. APRN or PA credentials are required, with appropriate state licensure and national certification as applicable.

Qualifications

• APRN: Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program.
• PA: Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate from accredited PA program.
• Active RN or PA/APRN license in state(s) of practice per role.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage via virtual health modalities.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies; prescribe interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; escalate care when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and ensure compliant coding.
