Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive virtual care from a United States-based setting. You will assess patients with acute and chronic illnesses, manage treatment plans, order tests, and coordinate follow-up with a multidisciplinary team in a technology-enabled environment.

Expect four 10-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends, with hourly compensation of $55–$70. English proficiency is required; Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hold an active, unrestricted Advanced Practice Provider license.
• Nurse Practitioner with FNP certification.
• Minimum 5 years of independent patient-care experience in family/primary/urgent care.
• Experience delivering patient-facing care via digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations via video/chat, assess symptoms and histories.
• Develop and coordinate care plans including tests and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Adapt to digital care challenges and maintain patient-centered service.
