Qualifications

• Certified doula with active certification and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse families.
• Comfortable delivering care virtually and in-person.
• Familiar with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
• Contribute to better birth outcomes by providing evidence-based support.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation for visits and birth support.
• Adhere to privacy, quality, and compliance standards in Pomelo workflows.
