Job summary

Pomelo Care is building a network of doulas to support families across pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, with flexible virtual and in-person work including evenings and weekends to meet family needs.

As part of the Pomelo Network, you will educate families, help improve birth outcomes, and maintain accurate visit documentation while adhering to privacy and compliance standards across our telehealth platforms and electronic records.

Qualifications

• Must have birth and/or full-spectrum doula certification.
• Experience as a doula with pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
• Strong verbal and written communication with families from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
• Improve birth outcomes by providing supportive care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for visits and birth support.
• Follow documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards in Pomelo care.
