Job summary

Foothills Education Charter High School Virtual Foothills in Athens, Georgia is seeking a Daytime Site Manager for the Virtual Campus. This part-time role requires strong leadership and experience coordinating online testing, scheduling, and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher is required.
• Valid Georgia leadership certification required.
• Experience with virtual learning environment preferred.
• Availability 11:00am – 4:00pm

Responsibilities

• Organize online scheduling for all content-area testing.
• Manage testing room, including appointments, students, and examiners.
• Ensure proper implementation of testing accommodations in accordance with IEPs / 504s / TPCs.
• Determine and implement effective measures for improving student performance on post-tests.
• Assist with the planning, organizing, and directing of the implementation of site activities.
• Assist with supervision of employees and students.
• Orient newly assigned staff members and assist in their development as instructors.
• Communicate with parents and guardians as necessary.
• Assist with the monitoring of student progress, and notify the site director and other appropriate individuals when progress is behind the anticipated schedule.
• Prepare or supervise the preparation of reports, records, lists, and all other paperwork required or appropriate to the site's administration.
• Participate in the advisement program by serving as advisor to a small group of students.
• Other duties as assigned.
