Cavender Auto Family is seeking an Elite Automotive Finance Manager (F&I) to lead high-volume luxury deals with discipline and excellence.

You'll deliver professional, compliant F&I presentations, maximize product performance, maintain lender relations, and serve customers across Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, and Subaru, representing the Cavender brand with confidence.

Qualifications

• Proven high-volume Automotive Finance Manager experience.
• Strong VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetration track record.
• Experience with CDK, Darwin, Elead, and Excel preferred.
• High attention to detail and compliance discipline.
• Professional presence and strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License with clean MVR.
• Ability to pass background, credit and drug screening.

• Produce $3,500+ profit per deal
• Maintain strong PRU and volume performance
• Achieve 65%+ VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetrations
• Deliver exceptionally clean contracts with minimal funding issues
