Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3 – 5 years of in restaurant operations and/or professional training and development.
• Strong knowledge of quick-service restaurant operations; management or franchisee experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable training initiatives with diagnostic assessments, personalized learning plans, virtual coaching, and proficiency evaluations.
• Use store performance data and reporting tools (Power BI) to assess training effectiveness and advise franchisees and managers.
• Deliver engaging virtual learning experiences; facilitate webinars, coaching sessions, and virtual assessments.
• Review and update learning materials based on feedback and evolving business needs; collaborate with content owners.
• Monitor and report training impact with data-driven methods; share insights with leadership.
