Job summary

Dairy Queen invites a Virtual Field Training Consultant to lead scalable training programs and drive operational excellence across the franchise system. The role is virtual-first with occasional in-person sessions and a hybrid work model based in Bloomington, MN.

Candidates should bring 3–5 years in restaurant operations or professional training, a B.A./B.S. degree, and strong skills in data analysis, Power BI, and virtual instruction. Travel ≤20% may be required.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3–5 years of in restaurant operations and/or professional training and development.
• Strong knowledge of quick-service restaurant operations; management or franchisee experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-wide training initiatives with diagnostic assessments, learning plans, virtual coaching, and proficiency evaluations.
• Use store performance data and Power BI to assess training effectiveness and advise franchisees and managers.
• Deliver engaging virtual learning experiences and manage webinars, coaching sessions, and virtual assessments.
