Material Bank seeks a Field Marketing Associate, Virtual Engagement, to grow our A&D community through digital outreach, live product demos, and outbound prospecting.

Based in Chicago or the Southwest, with about 20% travel to support field events; you’ll own virtual activation, nurture relationships, and report field performance with leadership.

You’ll collaborate with Field Team and Lifecycle Marketing to drive activation and orders while building scalable, personal touches.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years in field marketing, inside sales, business development, or digital engagement.
• Experience in architecture/interiors or building materials is a plus.
• Proven ability to generate responses from outbound outreach and LinkedIn.

Responsabilidades

• Drive outbound growth of the A&D member base via LinkedIn prospecting and digital outreach.
• Lead the demo-to-activation motion with virtual platform demos and onboarding sessions.
• Reactivate lapsed members and build the prospective pipeline with personalized touchpoints.
• Extend the field team’s reach virtually and nurture leads from events and trainings.
• Own field performance reporting across visits, events, demos, trainings, and gifting.
• Fuel audience registrations and orders through outbound activation.
