Job summary

Material Bank is looking for a Field Team Associate, Virtual Engagement, to grow our community of architecture and design professionals through digital-first prospecting, outreach, and live product demos.

This is an individual-contributor, external-facing role for someone who thrives on a high-volume pipeline and knows how to make every virtual touchpoint feel personal. 2020% travel? (see notes)

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field marketing, inside sales, business development, digital engagement, or community management.
• Experience in architecture, interior design, or building materials industry is helpful.
• Proven ability to engage via LinkedIn and outbound outreach, not just send volume.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound growth of the A&D member base through LinkedIn prospecting and digital outreach.
• Lead the demo-to-activation motion, running virtual platform demos and onboarding sessions.
• Reactivate lapsed members and grow the prospective pipeline with personalized touches.
• Extend field reach virtually, nurture leads from events and trainings.
