Job summary

Rec Technologies is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to own shows and events, run live product demos, and build a strong pipeline from conference conversations. You will travel to major events, qualify buyers on the floor, and collaborate with Sales to target accounts and schedule meetings.

You’ll manage post-event follow-up, handoffs to sales, and report on pipeline outcomes. This role emphasizes field execution, measurable impact, and equity-based compensation in a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in field marketing, event marketing, or a BDR/AE seat where you spent real time working booths.
• Experience running booths and demos at conferences.
• Able to qualify prospects on the floor and move them into meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own Rec’s booth at shows and drive opening conversations with prospects.
• Give the product demo yourself to directors and operators in the field.
• Own event-sourced pipeline as your primary metric and manage cost per meeting.
• Coordinate pre-event target accounts with Sales and secure meetings before doors open.
• Lead post-event follow-through and clean handoffs to reps within 72 hours.
• Represent Rec Forward workshops and turn attendee interest into real conversations.
• Provide sharp field feedback to Product Marketing, Sales, and Product.
