Job summary

The American Clean Power Association (ACP) seeks a Manager, Virtual Events to lead ACP's virtual programming, including POWERCASTS and webinars, and to oversee live production and archiving for select conferences and events. You will manage speaker coordination, deadlines, and participant experience to ACP standards.

Working with executives and internal partners, you will translate industry topics into engaging digital education, monitor performance, and evolve ACP’s digital offerings over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience managing webinars, virtual events, educational programs, conferences, or related programming.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing programs from planning through execution, including multiple timelines, speakers, stakeholders and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of ACP's virtual programming, including POWERCASTS and webinars.
• Own program timelines and deliverables from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure programs stay on schedule and issues are addressed early.

Education

Bachelor's degree in events, communications, education, marketing or a related field
