Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

Support exhibitor and sponsor fulfillment and communications.
Assist with sales outreach, lead generation, and CRM data entry.
Provide timely customer service to partners and attendees.
Support event planning and administrative tasks.
