Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED and 10+ years in AV/VTC environments.
• Experience coordinating enterprise AV/VTC and live/virtual/hybrid events.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AV/VTC, video conferencing, audio, streaming, and recording.
• Experience with Teams, Zoom, Webex or similar platforms.
• Ability to develop production plans, run-of-show docs, SOPs, and technical docs.
• Experience supporting executive meetings or high-profile events.
• ITIL-based service management or lifecycle management experience.
• Relevant AV/VTC certifications.
• Must obtain an agency public trust suitability before start.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead live, virtual, and hybrid AV/VTC events.
• Coordinate AV/VTC systems, rooms, staffing, and vendors.
• Configure, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot AV/VTC systems.
• Support Teams, Zoom, Webex and similar platforms.
• Develop run-of-show documents and contingency plans.
• Lead rehearsals and live event operations, monitoring quality.
• Diagnose hardware, software, network issues and coordinate resolution.
• Support system maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle transitions.
• Maintain SOPs and asset inventories.
• Provide customer-facing and executive-level guidance.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support.
