Job summary

American Clean Power Association (ACP) is seeking a Manager of Virtual Events to lead ACP's digital education programs, including POWERCASTS and webinars. You will own planning, timelines, speaker coordination and onsite production at select conferences, while collaborating with executive leadership and internal teams to deliver high-quality content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in events, communications, education, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing webinars, virtual events, conferences or related programming.
• Experience planning and executing programs with multiple timelines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of ACP's virtual programming, including POWERCASTS and webinars.
• Own program timelines and deliverables across internal teams.
• Translate priorities into relevant educational programming with SMEs.
• Manage speaker and panelist process from invitations to day-of support.
• Coordinate with executives and external speakers for prepared participation.
• Oversee onsite production and recording at ACP conferences and events.
