Job summary

The American Clean Power Association (ACP) in Washington, DC seeks a Manager, Virtual Events to lead ACP’s virtual programs, including POWERCASTS, webinars, and the digital components of select conferences. You will own end‑to‑end planning, coordinate with executives and internal teams, and ensure a high‑quality participant experience.

You will manage speaker processes, timelines and delivery, monitor program performance, and drive improvements in ACP’s digital education offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience managing webinars, virtual events or digital programming.
• Ability to coordinate multiple timelines, speakers and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and professionalism when working with executives.
• Experience in trade associations or clean energy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of ACP’s virtual programming.
• Own program timelines from planning through follow‑up.
• Coordinate with internal teams on promotion and delivery.
• Manage speaker onboarding, materials and rehearsals.
• Travel to select ACP conferences to manage onsite production.
