Job summary

Indiana Connections Academy seeks an ELL Teacher to manage virtual instructional programs for students with ELL needs. The role involves regular contact with learning coaches and students to ensure ILPs are completed and compliant with federal and state rules.

The position requires Indiana residency, an ELL degree, and a valid Indiana ELL certification. You will work from Indianapolis or remotely within Indiana, and use web conferencing to support learners and coordinate ILP-related activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in ELL (K-12) required.
• Valid Indiana ELL certification required.
• Experience with Title III policy preferred.
• Residency in Indiana required.
• Strong technology skills with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage instructional programs for ELL students, virtually.
• Consult with learning coaches and students to complete ILPs.
• Participate in all steps of the ILP process and ILP meetings.
• Coordinate ILP-related testing and state reporting tasks.
• Deliver services via web conferencing and virtual environments.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement specially designed instruction.
